Questions we get before the deposit
What is actually included?
Every package includes delivery in the Tyler area, a full styled setup (low table, rug, cushions, tableware, florals), two hours at the table, and a complete pack-out. Food and drinks are listed per package — Classic is setup only.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit holds the date. The remaining balance is due the day of the picnic, in person. The demo site uses Stripe test mode; no real card is charged here.
What if it rains?
If weather makes the outdoor setup unsafe or miserable, we move to a covered or indoor option (porch, garage, dining room) or we reschedule. You will not lose a date to a surprise storm without a plan.
How far do you travel?
Tyler and nearby East Texas (Lindale, Whitehouse, Bullard, Flint, Chandler, and similar) are included. Farther towns are possible with a travel fee, confirmed before you pay.
Can you set up in a park?
Yes, where the park allows it. Some city parks need a permit for styled setups — we will flag that when you book and help you sort it.
Do you bring alcohol?
No. Romantic includes sparkling cider. Other food packages include two non-alcoholic drinks of your choice. You are welcome to bring your own adult beverages where the location allows.
How many people?
Listed packages cover 2 to 8 guests. Larger groups (up to about 30) are custom — start the booking and tell us the headcount; we will follow up before taking a deposit on a custom size.
When should I book?
Weekends in spring and fall go first. We ask for at least 7 days’ notice when we can; tighter timelines sometimes work — say so in the notes.
